In Vietnam , in the year 2013 there was a Singapore guy who partner a Vietnamese woman to open training school. since it was from Singapore everyone paid in full books were expensive . total of 2000 students x $30,000 full year fee...the Singapore guy ran away left the Vietnamese manager debts and answering to the students.
Many Singapore are coolers and scammers
