签合同又能怎样，这是在国外，能找谁去帮你讲理呢？想开点吧！只要有能力，去哪里干都简单。在一个不舒适的环境里工作，能够离开，也是一种运气啊。

I understand. but you also need to be calm down.take a deep breath. try to think why the guy is behaving that way? maybe jealous of you or scared loosing his job.
some people show their insecurities in that way. so, I guess if you believe in yourself go and leave that job in good terms.
I did that before left and walk away but then later those I trained were thankful to me said never saw a good trainer and that I should not left.
Anyways, do what you love that is why we exist.be happy.
