font-size: 15px;">“完美人设”只为下套</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2021年4月22日，上诉人孙某的丈夫赵某，通过微信联系方式与被害人小丽（化名）成为微信好友。从“相识就是缘分”的套路打开话头，以情感为切入点，从最初陌生人的嘘寒问暖到后面无微不至的关心，给对方一种谈恋爱的感觉，一步步取得被害人的信任。<br /></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> </span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #d92142;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">在朋友圈，赵某将自己塑造成一名成功的福建商人形象。在4月29日，赵某给被害人小丽推荐了一款app，出于这几天聊天产生的信任，小丽便根据赵某的指示下载和注册。</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">一开始只是小小投资，被害人小丽拿了对方给的账号并转账10000元到该账户内，在骗子的“细心教学”中，小丽通过“比数字”“双单”等玩法，获益并提现了11256元。直到成功提现后，就彻底相信了赵某所谓的投资。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> </span></section><p style="text-align: center;"><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" style="width: 578px;
