川普不会马上心动调整关税的，最快也要半年以后，就别报任何幻想了，况且川普舞剑，意在中企。相信不久就会有外企大量外迁到关税更低的国家，为了生存，别无选择。另外计划来柬埔寨投资建厂的外企也就会停下脚步，重新定位思考的，这对本来就脆弱的柬埔寨经济来说是一个不小的冲击，政府也应该深刻反思一下，为什么柬埔寨进口关税遥遥领先，是亚洲最高的国家？没有一个长远的战略计划和目标，不降低关税和大胆行政改革的话，经济不会发展的。
