<style type="text/css">html{font-size:375%}</style><link href="https://pic.app.58cammp.com/static/publish/css/style.css?v=20240712" rel="stylesheet" position="1" data-qf-origin="/static/publish/css/style.css?v=20240712"> <div class="preview_article ">   现在国内各行各业的竞争，尤其是餐饮。现状就是：我活不活无所谓，我只要你死。 今天在吉隆坡见到了从四川过来的两个朋友，她们想来考察下马来西亚的餐饮市场。我就问了一下她们目前在国内的情况。 说她在她们那片搞了8家袁记云饺，全军覆没。另一个朋友说她搞了3家瑞幸咖啡，80平大小的面积，七七八八一家店投出来60-80万，位置选的也贼牛逼，商场有点人脉关系，拿的地段很好，也还是不行。 主要是吧，国内现在做餐饮的都是一片哀嚎，价格卷到没利润，想着竞争对手死了，剩自己。平台赚到盆满钵满，商家拼杀的你死我活。 实体经济陷入恶性循环，劣币驱逐良币。 <section><section style="display: inline-block;"><img style="height: auto !important;" src="https://pic.app.58cammp.com/Fkz-HHeGyEMcdYMt-_J-Bw59NnTx" /></section></section> 所以大家现在都想出来，都想出海发展，但其实也并不简单，其中的门门道道也多的很。前两天我写了一篇文章，大家也可以看看《<a href="https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s?__biz=MzkzNjg3ODI4Mw==&mid=2247483983&idx=1&sn=0b200b7457291f901c7514611ebf9ff1&scene=21#wechat_redirect" target="_blank" rel="noopener">一大批中国人将要“血洗”马来西亚餐饮市场</a>》 瑞幸咖啡最近也来马来西亚了，而且现在把经营权放给了马来西亚本地的公司，签了对赌，说要开几百家店，目前开了几家店生意也一般。 所以别管你在国内多有知名度，出来了人家老百姓也不一定认。所以啊，还是要研究市场需求，还是要找专业的人士去咨询，不要自己瞎折腾，别让自己倒在黎明之前。 现在别说你在国内做了很多年餐饮，很有经验，就连已经在马来西亚做了十年餐饮的，也不敢说十拿九稳，在出海这条路上，市场不是固定的而是动态的，前几年你可能生意很好，赚了一些钱，但现在情况不一样了，你还能不能接着赚钱这需要打个问号。 <section><section style="display: inline-block;"><img src="https://pic.app.58cammp.com/FkvGfagQ2LVAxb5IHkWxfwdm31SB" /></section></section> 就拿我一个朋友来说，她在马来西亚待了十年多，嫁到这边了。就几乎中国人在海外常做的生意，她都干过。 从最初刚来马来西亚做高仿服装，后来又做燕窝，再到后面川菜、湘菜很火，就又转型换行业开始了十年餐饮之路，再到后面又开始做甜品店，选的很好的商场位置。一路又开了8家火锅店、14家米线店，做成了马来西亚的餐饮头部。 十年餐饮路上，开开关关的也十来家店，亏了几百万真金白银买了非常多的经验，这几天又刚转让出去了两家店，几乎是“白菜价”出手。 我问她心疼不心疼，她做这个决定是很坚决的，说该断就断，她老公也劝她说，现在还能赚点钱，为啥还要往出转，她就凭着对市场的理解和这么多年的直觉，说要调整，现在还行，接下来可能就很头痛。 就这么说吧，发现什么项目能赚钱就赶快去做，等一等，红利期可能就过去了。别指望一个项目就能做成，就能赚大钱，多试几个也别指望一个项目能赚到天荒地老。能赚三个月到两年钱已经很好了。 餐饮这行业，前几年在马来西亚真是红利期，因为做的人少，消费者没得选择，现在开的多了，选择也多了，客群就被分流走了。 <section><section style="display: inline-block;"><img src="https://pic.app.58cammp.com/FsMKkGKS-dJZDiue8Ld0b_0ykYTC" /></section></section> 白哥我自己也明显感觉到了，去年餐饮出海业态还是朝气蓬勃的，不过今年就活力差点了，该来的都来了，像洪水一样顺流而下，市场的运营规律就是二八原则，肯定会有一些人挣钱，大部分人赔钱，那至于还能不能干？ 只能说想挣钱比较难，你要么卖的很便宜，让人用很低的价格买到快乐，要么就是大品牌，抢占市场，要么就和我那个朋友一样，干脆就来了个180度大转弯，做起了最接地气的美食城，人间烟火气，最抚凡人心。 最近也有不少朋友联系我，说想要出海看看，很多人的思考问题方式都还非常中国化，看待问题的角度就很单一，这也很正常，我当初刚出海的时候也是一样的，啥都不懂，有些经验是真的需要时间来验证的，你待的不够久，打怪打的不够多，你就很难摸索到那个升级的方法，也就无法成功。 <p class="" style="caret-color: #000000;
