护照拿去办劳工证一般要多久，劳工证拿到了护照却还没有拿回来，要多久才能回来？

办劳工证不用护照原件。很明显你劳工证已经回来护照还没回对方是扣你护照了。你还傻傻的等。

不知道阿，我辞职了，赔付的钱也给了。没有上班了等护照回去了

不需要原件吧，劳工证都拿到了，护照肯定还你了

办完劳动证护照是不是还要办理商务签？

那我不清楚你们的流程，我是先办了商务签然后再去办劳工证，你如果商务签没办估计是等办

The passport should be take 7 working days and your labor card 15 days maximum. but if you submitted it when they are busy or on holiday will take more time.
