大使馆做的认证而已吧？不需要律师事务所公证吗？

each embassy has notary lawyer for the purpose. go there and say...you need notarize something

里面有。。你去哪边问说你要notarize, bring your document and money and they do that for you. that is to prove your document is real in China. if you need to notarize here in Cambodia..many offices do. but only for Cambodian documents
