进入2月以来，此前人民币显著的升值趋势有所反转。截至4月2日，也就是清明节假期前的最后一个交易日，在岸人民币兑美元收盘价跌至6.57。而根据最新数据显示，4月9日，人民币对美元中间价较上一交易日调升54个基点，报6.5409。

人民币“跌跌不休”的态势还在继续。4月9日，在岸人民币对美元汇率报6.5526，与此同时，离岸人民币对美元报6.5668，从4月7日算起的3个交易日，离岸人民币汇率累计下跌了143个点，即离岸人民币贬值0.23%。

中国外汇投资研究院院长、首席经济学家谭雅玲表示，我国外贸出口半壁江山是由民营企业撑起来的，其中又以中小企业居多，他们抵挡市场风险的能力比较弱。去年5月末人民币兑美元汇率突破7.1后，人民币一路升值，这令不少外贸企业的出口利润被汇率吞没。

对此，商务部研究院对外贸易研究所所长梁明也认为，由于汇率变化、人民币升值，企业的出口会面临非常大的竞争，可能很多商品难以卖出，这也是当前影响我国出口的一个非常关键的因素。

因此，人民币贬值短期内可以缓解外贸企业的出口压力，扩大出口份额。

人民币“跌跌不休”

从去年5月底到今年2月，在岸人民币兑美元收盘价从最低7.13左右大幅升至最高6.43左右。然而，进入2月中旬以后，人民币开启贬值模式，主要是因为美元持续升值的缘故。

3月30日，人民币对美元汇率中间价报6.5641，人民币兑美元汇率中间价、即期市场、离岸市场上，均创下2020年12月以来新低。自2020年12月以来，在岸人民币最高达6.4236，四个月时间，10万美元已升值约1.4万元。

据行情走势图显示，1月7日—4月8日的3个多月，美元指数累计上涨了2613点，即美元升值2.92%。反观离岸人民币汇率，从2月16日起，截至4月9日的1个多月，离岸人民币汇率累计下跌了1517个点，即离岸人民币贬值2.36%。

梁明对本报记者表示，从中国整体来看，人民币升值会影响出口竞争力。以外币表示的中国出口价格在增加，相当于中国的商品变贵了，那么这最终就体现在价格的竞争力下降上。

因此，此轮人民币贬值对于出口企业来说无疑是利好。知名宏观经济分析人士李健对本报记者表示，对于企业而言，人民币汇率变动有利有弊。人民币贬值时，一些行业以美元计价的出口订单兑换成人民币时将直接受益。例如人民币每贬值1%，传统纺织服装出口行业净利润率上升2%-5%。而一些公司却不希望人民币贬值，以航空公司为例，行业内企业往往拥有大量美元负债，人民币贬值意味着其负债成本上升。

徐东告诉记者，每年的7月至10月是他们公司的出口旺季，而一般情况下，结汇时间一般会比出货时间再滞后一个月或45天，因此去年他们的订单利润都不高。虽然价格上涨了，但是利润反而变少了。

“而且，现在外商也变得越来越精明了，人民币贬值的时候，汇率一波动他们就要求更改采购价格，但一升值，那就不着急调价，最终受伤的还是外贸企业。”徐东说。

南京某银行业人士告诉本报记者，由于去年人民币升值趋势明显，很多企业主在签订出口合同后，会立即到银行来办理远期结汇业务以锁定结汇价格。但近期这一现象却发生了改变。由于人民币对美元贬值预期，使得原来热门的远期结汇业务也大不如从前了。

对于后期人民币汇率走势，中信证券明明认为，美元和美债收益率走势的两大因素出发，美元在基本面预期、货币政策信号以及权重货币的影响下存在较强支撑，同时预计美债利率的上行大概率会是全年的趋势，预计人民币汇率二季度将回调至6.6上方。对于人民币汇率贬值的可能影响，人民币在一定程度上具有风险资产属性，应当防范人民币汇率贬值同时带来国内风险资产调整的风险。

企业如何应对汇率风险？

如今，人民币双向波动已经成为常态。

4月7日，国家外汇管理局国际收支司原司长、中银证券全球首席经济学家管涛在《经济参考报》刊文表示，近期人民币汇率回落，仍属于健康、正常的调整，反映人民币汇率步入了双向波动的新常态。管涛还指出，双向波动有助于缓解持续单边升值给国内企业造成的财务压力。

“汇率升值确会对一些薄利型企业造成非常大的影响，尤其是我们经常提到的七大类劳动密集型商品，即纺织品、服装、箱包、鞋类、玩具、家具、塑料制品。一方面，它们通常是薄利型商品，利润本来就非常低，因此很容易被汇率变动的幅度所覆盖；另一方面，这也要看该类出口商品的制造是否涉及一些零部件进口。当人民币升值时，如果某一出口商品的制造需要大量的进口零部件，那么汇率的变动对该产业是有利好的。但反过来，如果一些企业的商品是纯粹的国产，又是薄利型的劳动密集型企业，那么它们受到的影响无疑是非常大的。”梁明说。

在这一背景下，据了解，商务部已发布了一些外贸企业的汇率避险业务手册，提醒大家使用一些现有的汇率避险工具进一步规避风险。

对此，首钢集团有限公司外汇风控经理闫明表示，在人民币汇率新常态下，企业的汇率风险管理与之前完全不同。现在，人民币汇率双向波动且年波幅变大，在这种情况下不论企业购汇还是结汇都将面临汇率波动风险。外汇管理局新闻发言人之前多次强调，企业应适应人民币汇率双向波动的常态，通过套期保值将双向波动的不确定性变为确定性，集中精力做好主业。因此企业需要对所面临的外汇波动风险有清醒的认识，在掌握外汇波动特点的同时做好汇率波动的防控措施。

此外，当前用跨境人民币收货款也成为很多外贸出口企业考虑的应对策略。业内人士认为，用跨境人民币收货款最直接、最主要的好处就是能够规避汇率风险。此外，跨境人民币还能够节省汇兑成本、贸易融资的费用，从而降低财务成本。

而随着我国进出口贸易的稳步发展，各贸易伙伴在与我国进行贸易结算时还可能会增加对人民币的持有。统计数据显示，当前俄罗斯、伊朗、土耳其和委内瑞拉等29国，已经逐渐在贸易结算或投资中转向使用人民币。29个国家中，越南、哈萨克斯坦、韩国、马来西亚等13个国家2020年从我国进口各类纺织品超过5200亿人民币。
