标题: 打嘟嘟车的时候要小心司机！
在俄罗斯市场打嘟嘟时，司机因为车费问题差点打了我朋友。在我朋友上车时，她已经跟司机说过车费1美元，因为她知道距离不远，大概1美就行。
到达后，司机不同意了，而且还不给我朋友看计程表。我朋友说要看过才给钱，他不同意还想打她，幸亏我朋友反应及时当场避开了。
我朋友大声着说要看计程表，不给就去警察局处理。司机不去，而且当时也有很多人在场看到。
最后司机才给我们看了计程表，表上显示费用是3500瑞尔，最后我朋友给了他4000瑞尔。
这里的司机真是混蛋，老是想着坑钱，金边要是没有这种司机可能会好很多。

这样的吐吐车司机必修回家不让他开车在马路他会harassed or hurt passengers. 不是不给他钱道理是meter 给看。为什么他不给朋友看呢？为了要$1。 朋友说了给你$1他不要do meter now meter low他 要$1 还大人。这样司机不要在路边。Dangerous to passengers. 来用we go。

我遇到的事也差不多，我grab打的突突，拉4箱货，5000柬币的路程到目的地死活不按表来，要8000，说我这是拉的货，不是拉的人，拉人就5000，他妈的，吵了半天最后还是给他了。

He didn't get my principle. my friend don't care if she give s him 5000riel but be honest. he has to show the meter. but instead he turned off the his phone and ask for $1 and insisted that my friend said one dollar. my friend doesn't give a shit. she wants him to show the meter ..finally he showed but before that the driver wanted or act to slap her and after she paid, the driver threw a stone at her. well let's see... he will either be learning how to treat foreigner nicely or he will get headache. . clean the floor

1美元不就是4000瑞尔吗？？金边大部分堵堵车还是好的，你这个是通过pass软件打的吗？如果是pass软件，到目的地你通过自己的手机也能看到价钱啊？？路上随手拦的就不好说了！可能语言交流有错误也不一定！！！但不排除坏的司机！！

Cambodian pass app drivers not all but most love to upset their passenger. One said the foreigner has no money . pass app driver is rich can earn nearly $1500 . I replied good for you. I said if you are rich why still drive tuktuk? he is an idiot that just love to.upset people practice his horrible English and feels good about it.

Surely someone is reading . I prefer just to point the principle of show the meter not hiding it and ask for more from any passenger. Being fair is right.

why? he knew he be in full shit if he harms her. that's assault and aggressiveness.
he should have done better. how? show her the meter honestly and smile and say, maybe $1? Not the way he did it .
But he loves the violent way..why? He is that kind of person.
