caret-color: red; font-family: 黑体;">被告人高某和郑某为获取高额报酬，经人介绍于2019年9月先后乘坐飞机从广东出境到达柬埔寨参与实施电信网络诈骗。经查，2019年9月至11月在柬埔寨期间，高某担任小组组长，扮演股票讲师角色，郑某扮演讲师助理角色，两人按照事先准备好的话术引诱境内被害人加入虚假的gts平台投资炒股，后利用控制平台涨跌、大额投资后关闭登录通道等方式，骗取被害人钱财。2019年12月，被告人高某和郑某经公安机关电话通知后主动投案，如实供述了犯罪事实。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.17647em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体;">麻城市法院审理后认为，被告人高某、郑某参加境外诈骗犯罪集团，实施电信网络诈骗，具有其他严重情节，其行为已构成诈骗罪。最终判处被告人高某犯诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑二年，并处罚金人民币15000元;判处被告人郑某犯诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑一年六个月，并处罚金人民币10000元。</span></p></section></section><section style="display: flex;
