5. 服务周期：本项目采购有效期3年，自合同签订之日起计算，合同一年一签，经考核合格后续签，费用据实结算，每年度合同结算金额不超过当年预算。
6. 服务地点：在满足采购人实际需求的基础上，具体服务工作开展地以合同约定为准。
7. 签证业务代办类别：商务E签证。
8. 签证有效期包括：1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月有效期的短期、中期、长期签证，签证代办范围涉及所在国家（地区）和目的地国家（地区）的商务E签证。

Bidding and Selection Procurement Announcement
1. Project name: Yunnan Airinvestment (Cambodia) Airport Management Co., Ltd. 2026-2028 visa agency service procurement project（Second time）

3. Scope of Procurement: In order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of visa application materials and improve the application success rate, it is planned to purchase visa agency services locally in Cambodia. The service scope includes but is not limited to: purchasing an agency in Cambodia that can provide visa agency services (the purchaser does not promise the purchase quantity, amount and proportion) to provide visa agency services for company personnel and related business personnel. 4. The purchasing control unit price of this project is: US$50.50 for a 1-month visa, US$80.50 for a 3-month visa, US$160.50 for a 6-month visa, US$290.50 for a 12-month visa (the above prices are the lump sum price of Cambodian immigration agencies and agency service fees, including tax).

5. Service cycle: The procurement validity period of this project is 3 years, starting from the date of signing the contract. The contract is signed once a year and renewed after passing the assessment. The cost is settled according to the actual situation. The annual contract settlement amount does not exceed the current year's budget.
6. Service location: On the basis of meeting the actual needs of the purchaser, the specific service location shall be subject to the contract agreement.
7. Visa business agency category: Business E visa.
8. The visa validity period includes: short-term, medium-term and long-term visas with validity periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. The scope of visa agency covers business E visas in the host country (region) and the destination country (region).
Ⅱ. Supplier Qualification Requirements 1. The supplier has a business license (registration certificate) issued by the Cambodian Commerce Department and provides supporting materials.
2. The supplier has the necessary personnel, abilities and conditions to perform the contract. If the relevant departments of the Kingdom of Cambodia have special requirements for carrying out this business, the supplier shall apply for and obtain a license (provide a letter of commitment) from the relevant departments of the Kingdom of Cambodia at least before performing the contract.
3. This project does not accept consortium participation.
