没有用的!电表调快了!我现在其他地方住，电费1/4而已

there are many apartments like this monitor is an old apartment. they will cheat you. no one uses 1000kw per month. unless you are many rooms and turned on the AC 24 hours.
Electric cost is 0.30for some places and most charges 0.25 per kW.

In case of any differences and you know you are right, never pay...talk to them.and never argue just point out the faulty part. in case aggressive begins call the police
