请问一下护照被抢拿到旅行证以后还需要些什么手续才能回国，

Your brother can not go back to China with no proof he is a citizen. so, you need to report loss of passport, and show that to embassy and they will issue a one way travel paper for him to go back. less than $200 maybe then he can book his flight..I don't know ticket cost
