职位信息一、岗位职责：
1、登记接待来访人员并及时准确通知被访人员；
2、负责快件收发；
3、负责前台区域的环境维护，保证设备安全及正常运转（包括复印机、空调及打卡机等）；
4、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
5、完成上级主管交办的其它工作。
二、岗位要求：
1、女，年龄20—25岁，形象好，气质佳，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
2、1年相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生可来我司面试；
3、具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及较强的保密意识；
4、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件.
5、会中文.
优先柬埔寨华人和会中文的柬埔寨本地人。

2. Responsible for sending and receiving express, mails.
3. Responsible for environmental maintenance inthe front desk area to ensure the safety and normal operation of the equipment(including copiers, air conditioners and punching machines, etc.);
4. Update and manage contact information such asemployee communication address and telephone number in a timely manner;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Reqirements:
