外国人登记系统，自己下载登记就可以吗？

自己下载了FPCS，用手机号注册进入系统，并扫描了自己和同事的护照。这样算不算完成？听说一定要房东才能注册？望知情人告知怎样才算是正确成功的？

You can only register by yourself when you own your house. if not, let your landlord do the process for you. the right one will reflect your address your name passport and visa number
if you have extended your visa also shows.

then once you process your next visa you need to give them a copy of fpcs or else they won't renew your visa.
