2020年12月30日，中国银行（香港） 金边分行与富得保险公司正式签署了《保险转介服务协议》。这标志着两家金融机构正式展开长期的合作关系，并通过建立了一种持续的合作模式为中国银行（香港）金边分行的客户提供保险相关的解决方案。
这次合作给予了中国银行（香港）金边分行与富得保险（在 柬埔寨具有领先地位的保险公司）更紧密合作的特权，中国银行（香港）金边分行通过所有网点为客户提供富得保险公司的财产保险及一系列保险服务。同时，将与客户建立更深的关系，为客户量身定制其在日常生活和商业环境中，所需要的保护措施。我们将首先为客户提供房屋火险服务，以解决客户房屋若发生火灾或其他损坏时，对财产损失的担心，同时能保证客户在火灾或房屋损坏后，最短时间内恢复日常生活的正常运作。毫无疑问，此保险解决方案能让客户在购买房产的同时，不必担心房产因火灾或有其他损坏，而承担巨大的财产损失。
除了家庭财产，富得火险也为商业机构，对其不动产，如办公室或工厂，在发生火灾或其他损坏时提供对财产的保护措施，避免遭受财产损失。此次合作，是最大程度地利用个人和公司业务的联动增长的里程碑，也是一个协助客户获得国际保险保障的里程碑。

The agreement signifies the beginning of a long term collaboration between the two financial institutions and to establish a sustainable framework in provision of General Insurance solutions to BOC customers. This Bancassurance partnership is a privilege for Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited Phnom Penh Branch to work closely with Forte Insurance (Cambodia) Plc., a leading insurance company in Cambodia, as the referral agent to provide a range of general insurance products and services to our customers throughout our entire branch network. With this partnership, we would be able to deepen the relationship with our customers across segments by providing them with the much needed protection in daily living and business environment. To start with, we are going to offer fire insurance solution to our customers who are concerned with fire hazard or other damages caused to their homes and to ensure their homes are back to normal as soon as possible. This solution will undoubtedly help bring protection and peace of mind to our customers alongside the purchase of home property.
