电子不停车收费系统（ETC）是一种无线系统，可通过扫描在汽车上安装的ETC设备直接从客户预先存入的账户里扣除该次使用高速的通行费。配备有车载ETC设备的车辆可以在行驶状态中通过收费站的自动扫描支付，无需停车，无需输入任何验证码，节省时间，并可从办理之日起至2023年10月31日享受金港高速提供的2%费用折扣利益。金港高速独家授权富得保险公司 Forte Insurance 为其客户提供电子不停车收费系统设备安装，并通过富得保险综合汽车保险为受保车辆提供全面保障。

Forte partners with PPSHV Expressway to offer customers free ETC device installation
Phnom Penh - Forte has collaborated with PPSHV Expressway Co., Ltd to provide its Comprehensive Automobile Insurance customers with a new and convenient payment method through its Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system when using the PPSHV Expressway.
Electronic toll collection (ETC) is a wireless system that automatically collects the toll fee from vehicles using the 187km-long expressway. With the ETC system, vehicles equipped with the Onboard Unit (OBU) device allows drivers to pass through without the need to stop and pay in cash, saving time and money. This partnership offers Forte customers a hassle-free ETC installation & toll payment system as well as protection for drivers, passengers and their vehicles through its Comprehensive Automobile Insurance.
All first-time or loyal customers who have purchased a Comprehensive Automobile Insurance policy are entitled to a free installation of the Onboard Unit (OBU) device and enjoy access to the ETC fast-lane to get to their destination smoother and faster.
Forte Comprehensive Automobile Insurance customers are also eligible for a lower deposit of USD100 (50% off the normal rate of USD200) to top-up their OBU device, as well as a 2% discount of the PPSHV toll fee every time.
Customers can apply for the OBU to be installed in their cars at a time which is convenient for them at the Forte Insurance Customer Service Centre at View Park Phnom Penh or various highway OBU installation locations.
