1.【PERSONAL INFORMATION】Mr. Wei, male, 37 years old. Chinese, registered in Shenzhen.

Originally from Du 'an County, Hechi City, Guangxi，China.

2.【Educational Background】

In 1999, the first place in the whole school was admitted to the county's only key junior high school Du 'an County Ethnic Experimental Middle SchoolIn 2002, the second place in the High School entrance examination entered the first Hongzhi Class of Guangxi Liuzhou High School, in which the English score was 119 points (full score of 120 points).In the third stage of junior high school, I once recited poetry fluently in English in class, and was praised by the English teacher as "perfect,top  of your oral English level in the whole grade".

In 2005,  I was admitted to Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong Province.In college, I was active in English class, and was praised by the English teacher, "I like your spoken English very much, which is very authentic British taste!"

Pass College English Test Band 4 in one go.

3.【Work Experience】

In the second year of college, I began to engage in English teaching and training.In July 2006,My first student was Li Menghua from Liuzhou. He was in grade six.In the summer teaching, I used the "five parts" words of my own invention.namely1. Read the words2. Spell words3. Phonetic symbols correspond to the pronunciation letters4. the accent5. Recite the wordsThe popular "phonics" method of memorizing words now.This not only takes into account oral English, but also can effectively help students memorize words, and the teaching progress is very rapid.

When school started,I called Li Menghua's parents to return up in the phone。

His mother said to mehappily: "Ouch, Teacher Wei ah, I nearly needto say" thank you"to you!because Menghua's English score has changed from the last in the class to the first in the order now!"

After graduation, I began my English teacher life ，i have been taught more than 100 children English.

Actively promote the teaching of "five parts of English", and further integrate phrases and sentences into the teaching on the basis of students' good grasp of words, so as to solidly improve students' English scores.

I also organized students to have an oral English dialogue competition, which was well received by parents.

4.【personal Perception】

Learning English is to do three things:1）Open your mouth while study English.Do not afraid of losing your face while study English.2）To seek your teacher while you meet problem in your English study 3）To persist in Reading aloud for at least half an hour every day, remember that I read in the morning and at night so louderly, i find water to drink here and there eagerly  after my intonation class.

I integrate my love for life and English into every time I speak English, and truly make English my second language, so that I can have basic daily communication. This makes me very proud, and also enables me to quickly integrate into foreign education and teaching after going abroad. I am very adapted to my life in Cambodia.

英语老师个人简历

韦老师，男，37岁。中国人，深圳户籍。

原籍广西河池市都安县。

1999年全校第一名考取全县唯一重点初中都安县民族实验中学2002年实验中学中考全校第二名进入广西柳州高中首届宏志班，其中英语成绩119分（满分120分）。初三阶段有一次在课堂用英语流利诗朗诵，被英语老师夸赞"你这个英语口语水平全年级前三水平"。

2005年优异成绩考取山东省青岛科技大学理工科专业。大学期间英语课表现积极，被英语老师夸赞"我非常喜欢你的一口英语口语，非常地道的英国味！"

一次性通过大学英语四级考试。

大学二年级开始从事英语教培工作。2006年7月，我的第一个学员来自柳州市，叫做李蒙华，准六年级。在一个暑假的教学中，我采用自己发明的"五部曲"单词教学，即1.诵读单词2.拼读单词3.音标跟发音字母一一对应4.重音5.默写单词即现在流行的"自然拼读"单词记忆法。这样即兼顾了口语，又能够有效帮助学生记忆单词，教学进展非常迅速。

开学后，我打电话给李蒙华家长回访，

家乡高兴地对我说：“哎哟，韦老师呀，我要感谢你啊！蒙华从的英语成绩，从班里倒数第一，变成现在顺数第一啦！”

毕业后，我进入教培行业，前后带过100多个孩子，

物理教学强调“沉浸式”教学，注重孩子“参与”、“动起来”，跟孩子一起演示物理实验过程，感受物理规律。积极推广学习英语"五部曲"教学，并在学生掌握好单词的基础上，进一步将短语和句子融入教学，扎实提升学员的英语成绩。

我还组织学员进行英语口语情景对话比赛，反响不错，获得家长的好评。

学习英语就是要做到三皮:厚着脸皮，硬着头皮，磨破嘴皮。厚着脸皮就是你不要怕丢脸，要大胆说出来，说错了也不要紧;硬着头皮就是你遇到不懂不会你就马上问老师同学，及时解决学习过程遇到的问题;磨破嘴皮就是你要坚持不懈每天坚持朗读至少半个小时，记得我那时候早读和晚读都积极认真学习，经常读到口干舌燥下课了到处去找水喝。

把自己对于生活，对于英语的热爱，融入每一次开口说英语的过程中，真正让英语成为我的第二语言，达到可以进行日常基本交流的程度，这让我非常自豪，也让我在出国后能够非常迅速融入国外的教育教学，我非常适应在柬埔寨的学习和生活。
