汇旺延期兑换，国家银行声明：柬埔寨网友“一边倒”炸锅

柬埔寨国家银行已于12月5日发布通告表示，凡自称与汇旺支付存在债务关系、且尚未收到清偿的公众，请于12月8日至19日下午四点前，携相关证明文件前往国家银行大楼，核实身份及情况。

The National Bank of Cambodia issued a notice on December 5 stating that anyone claiming to have a debt relationship with Huiwang Payment and who has not yet received repayment should bring relevant supporting documents to the National Bank building between December 8 and 19 before 4 pm to verify their identity and situation.

柬埔寨国家银行特此呼吁所有声称与汇旺支付存在债权关系的公众于12月8日至19日，前往国家银行森速大厦登记，以便进行身份与债权的核实。

柬埔寨国家银行于12月5日发布公告，就汇旺支付（HUIONE PAY PLC.）支付服务牌照被吊销及后续事宜向社会公众作出正式说明。
