     Multi-Ministry Delegation Visits Cambodia Jinniu Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd., Highly Praising Its Innovation Contributions

       Recently, H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of Cambodia, together with senior officials from the Ministry of Environment and relevant leaders from the Ministry of Industry, Science,

 

        Technology and Innovation (MISTI), led a high-level delegation to visit Cambodia Jinniu Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection and working guidance. Chairman Gao Mingwei and Ms. Li, along with other senior executives, warmly received the delegation and      

       accompanied them throughout the visit. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on technological innovation, green production, and future development plans.

 

       During the visit, the delegation toured the company’s modern pipe production lines and high-standard laboratory, and gained a detailed understanding of the production processes and quality control systems for its HDPE water supply pipes, U-PVC drainage pipes, PPR hot and cold water pipes, and steel-belt corrugated pipes.

 

      Minister Hem Vanndy spoke highly of Jinniu’s achievements in Cambodia’s pipe manufacturing sector, praising the company for its positive contributions to national infrastructure development and clean water supply.

 

        The Minister particularly noted that, as a representative innovative manufacturing enterprise in Cambodia, Jinniu has not only achieved remarkable results in introducing advanced manufacturing technology and cultivating local technical talent, but has also demonstrated the responsibility of a leading enterprise in promoting standardization within

 

       Cambodia’s pipe industry. He encouraged the company to continue leveraging its technological advantages, actively participate in the formulation of national pipe standards, deepen cooperation with MISTI, and jointly enhance laboratory testing capabilities,

 

        thereby laying a solid foundation for industry quality certification and future exports.

Officials from the Ministry of Environment fully recognized Jinniu’s active commitment to green production and its focus on environmentally friendly pipe research and development. They encouraged the company to continue aligning with Cambodia’s circular environment policy and plastic action roadmap, and to play a demonstration role in waste management and sustainable operations.

 

      This joint multi-ministry visit fully reflects the Royal Government of Cambodia’s strong recognition and firm support for Jinniu Plastic Pipe Co., Ltd.’s innovation-driven development path. Chairman Gao Mingwei expressed sincere gratitude to the Minister for his praise, and stated that the company will seize the policy opportunities presented by the National Startup Development Strategy 2026–2030, further increase its R&D investment in Cambodia, expand production capacity and market coverage, and help Cambodia achieve its 2030 water supply and infrastructure development goals.
