There are different levels of English teachers. The school principal will arrange each teachers to teach different students regarding their education and skills. The most important requirement is the school just need foreign teachers to teach Cambodia local students. They don't really care about their English levels. I have many foreign friends who speak English but aren't English native speakers, they have English grammar problems and unclear pronunciations, but it's OK for the school. Because the students won't notice about that! The teachers only teach what they are supposed to teach in the books. It's like teachers do their own homework at home first before teach the lessons to their students at school, it's not as hard as you think.
